From selecting the appropriate material to the final quality inspection, each stage contributes to the strength, finish, balance and cutting characteristics of the finished tool.
01 — SELECTED MATERIALS
The process begins with carefully selected steel grades, chosen according to the requirements of each product and its intended application.
02 — PRECISION BLADE FORMING
Steel is accurately cut and formed according to the dimensions and geometry of each scissor design, creating the foundation for precise blade alignment and movement.
03 — PRECISION PIVOT
A precisely positioned pivot hole is formed in each blade, establishing the critical connection point between the two cutting components.
04 — HEAT TREATED & TEMPERED
Controlled heat treatment and tempering are applied according to product requirements, developing the desired balance of hardness, strength and durability.
05 — GROUND, FINISHED & SHARPENED
The blades undergo progressive grinding and finishing before being carefully sharpened. Each stage refines the blade geometry, surface and cutting edge.
06 — PURPOSE-BUILT HANDLES
Where applicable, plastic handles are formed using dedicated moulding processes to create a secure and integrated grip.
07 — DISTINCTIVE FINISHES
Selected products receive additional surface treatments or colour coatings according to their design and product requirements.
08 — PRECISION RIVETING
The two blade components are brought together and securely riveted at the pivot, completing the cutting mechanism and allowing the blades to operate as one tool.
09 — FINAL INSPECTION
Every finished product is carefully checked for workmanship, assembly, finish and overall functionality. Products that meet the required standards are approved for packaging.
